Like many companies, we maintain worldwide systems for recruitment purposes and have centralised aspects of data processing and personnel administration in order to enable better corporate governance. This centralisation may result in personal data being transferred from one country to another country outside the EU or the EEA where data protection laws may not provide the same level of protection.
